Grade School Applicants to HMS
For Grade School 1-5 Applicants:
 The student observation and the student evaluation will be done during a visitation day to our school.
- Applicants currently in Grades 1 – 5: Visitation Day is from 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- The parent(s) interview with the principal may be scheduled on the same day as your child’s visitation day or on a different day that is more convenient.
Please keep in mind that the observation session, the evaluation session, and the parent interview must be completed before the Admissions Committee can review your child’s file for admission. Furthermore, all the items listed below must be submitted before the Committee can receive your child’s file for final determination:
- Report card from previous school year
- Report card from current school year (first semester)
- SAT scores if available (for students currently in Grades 3 through 7)
- Teacher reference report – for students applying to kindergarten and higher
- Birth certificate
- Care Giver Report – for preschool applicants
- Family information form
- Completed application form
- Application fee
