Dear Wonderful Parents of Room 13,

I am very excited to have your students to teach this year.   There is no other job I have enjoyed as much as working at Hongwanji Mission School.  The past couple of days our class has practiced the class’s only rule, which is to respect ourselves, classmates and environment.  We use this rule every day.  This rule supports Hongwanji Mission School’s Golden Chain of Love.  The students have done remarkable with our class rule and our routines.  The students have shown that they are ready to learn in a healthy and respectful environment we have created in room 13.

I know we will have a successful year collaborating together.  This year we will tie learning to real-world experiences.  If you have any information or experience to share with our class, you are more than welcome to do so.  Just let me know!
