PTO Dues:

PTO dues for each student are included in the tuition. As membership is required, the dues are $30.00 per student for the entire school year. As a member, participation in the annual PTO fundraiser is obligatory.

Copies of Report Cards:
$1 each

Changes in After-School Program:

$30 each

Lunch Purchase, K-8th:

$5.50 per lunch or $850/year

Iliahi Street Access:

$30 penalty for non-emergency access

Late Pickup Fee:

$30 every 5 mins or fraction thereof starting at 5:00pm

Administrative Handling Fee:

$150 for monthly billings

Tuition Refund Plan (TRP):

2.1% of tuition - required for monthly & semi-annual payment plans

Late Payment | Returned Check:

$35 per child, per month | $25 per check

*Note the Head of School has been delegated certain discretionary authority with regard the above fees.

Each year an enriching selection of after school classes are made available to Hongwanji Mission School students. Payments for these activities are due in full regardless of incomplete attendance or termination of attendance by the student.

Payment Schedule:

Fall Session
1st payment due by 4:00pm, September 20th

Spring Session
1st payment due by 4:00pm January 17th

Withdrawal Policy:
Prior to the 1st day of the program, 100% refund given.
Classes will be pro-rated after the program begins.
